The current version was written in matlab and is only suitable for cylinder-like structures, for example vessels. Dabei besitzt ein Patient häufig multiple Aneurysmen, welche erst in 3D Bilddaten detektiert werden können. Ziel des Projekts ist der Einsatz von Deep Learning Techniken zur automatischen Aneurysmadetektion basierend auf einer annotierten Trainingsdatenbank.
